OUR BUSINESS DIVISIONS
Our corporate structure is based on the five business divisions RM Sektkellereien, Nordbrand Nordhausen, Eggers & Franke, SPARQ and International. They form the home of our strong brands and focus consistently on their respective core business with their strength profiles - both in terms of market cultivation and in relation to customers. Market- and customer-oriented functions, such as Supply Chain Management in particular, support the divisions very closely. At the same time, our internal expertise is bundled in central Group functions, whose know-how benefits all units across the company.

The Sparkling Wine & Wine division is our largest and highest-turnover division. With strong brands and first-class sales and marketing expertise, the team actively shapes the markets for sparkling wine, wine and wine-based beverages in Germany, with a particular focus on the food retail sector. As market and innovation leader, we set the direction and speed.
With expertise and passion, the team continuously drives the successful further development of the brands, always aiming to be a professional partner and advisor for customers and to serve the wishes and needs of consumers.
In addition to Rotkäppchen, the Germans' favorite sparkling wine brand, the portfolio includes other successful brands such as Mumm, Jules Mumm, Geldermann, MM Extra, Blanchet, Elfhundertzwölf and many more. At the sites in Breisach, Eltville, Freyburg and Salem, every bottle is produced with the utmost care and to the highest quality.
Nordbrand Nordhausen
NORDBRAND NORDHAUSEN
Nordbrand Nordhausen is Germany's largest spirits supplier, uniting many successful brands under one roof. The portfolio includes the well-known "Echter Nordhäuser" brand, which offers fruit liqueurs and the popular Reiche Ernte range in addition to the popular Korn and Doppelkorn specialties. The The Echter Nordhäuser traditional distillery is the home of the brand and also offers a wide range of premium spirits, from gin to whiskey.
But the company's range also includes important brand classics such as Chantré, Mariacron and Eckes Edle Liköre as well as the Fläminger Jagd, Wurzelpeter Berlin and Asmussen brands. The cult brand Nordbrand Nordhausen "Pfeffi" is extremely well known and popular, and other spirits such as Nordbrand fruit liqueurs, cocktails and Nordgold egg liqueurs complete the extensive range of enjoyments, which has the right product for every taste and occasion.

SPARQ
The SPARQ division is the home of our e-commerce and direct-to-consumer activities. This includes the entire cross-channel distribution of our products and those of our partners directly to the end customer, as well as B2B marketing to the digital-focused customers of the Rotkäppchen-Mumm group.
Drawing on the strength of Rotkäppchen-Mumm, a company rich in success and tradition, combined with the pioneering spirit of a start-up, the SPARQ team develops innovative retail and powerful omni-channel concepts that set new standards in the experience of wine, sparkling wine and spirits – from customer-centric conception to consistent rollout and successful operation.
This currently includes all online stores of the Rotkäppchen-Mumm group, sales via marketplaces, our own network of "Ludwig von Kapff" wine shops and the marketing of our products in more than 70 digital partner stores.
This cross-channel focus is the core of SPARQ's business model and the basis of a seamless shopping experience for the end customer that is unique on the market with its innovative services.
International
INTERNATIONAL
In the International division, the focus is on our premium brands Ruggeri and Doppio Passo. Ruggeri, located in the heart of Valdobbiadene, is known for its internationally award-winning top quality. Foresight and a spirit of innovation have characterized the Prosecco producer for more than 70 years. The unique "Metodo Ruggeri" allows the wines to develop their diverse aromas and express the exceptional quality of the Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. growing region.
Doppio Passo was founded in 1928 by Maria and Carlo Botter as a family business and is now run by the founders' grandchildren. The joint venture Doppio Passo S.R.L. between Botter SPA and Rotkäppchen-Mumm has existed since September 2020. The quality wines, which bring an Italian attitude to life to the glass and offer a great taste experience for everyone, are now available in over 40 countries.
OUR LOCATIONS
The origins of our company are scattered all over Germany – from the first vineyards of the Margraves of Baden in 1112, the beginnings of the grain distillery in Nordhausen in the early 16th century to the founding of a wine shop in Freyburg (Unstrut) in 1856 and the founding of the Mumm brand in Frankfurt am Main in 1922. Today, you will find us at a total of ten locations, ranging from Bremen in the north of Germany to Valdobbiadene in the south of the Alps.
We take care of the production and marketing of our products everywhere. At some locations, we also invite you to experience the diversity of our brands and their fascinating history in a particularly intense way: on guided tours through centuries-old wineries, during a visit to exhibitions and cultural events.

At the Geldermann Privatsektkellerei, we dedicate ourselves to the supreme discipline of sparkling wine production. The result: our premium sparkling wine Geldermann, the number one for traditional bottle fermentation in Germany. In the winery, you can experience production and maturation live and discover the cellar facilities, which are more than 600 years old.

Workplace of our distribution specialists from Eggers & Franke. As one of Germany's leading distributors, Eggers & Franke supplies food retailers, specialist retailers, restaurants and hotels with high-quality wines and branded spirits from all over the world. Bremen is also the headquarters of our SPARQ division, which bundles our end consumer activities.

Home of our Mumm brand and origin of the MM Extra brand. We also produce our non-alcoholic alternatives and mixed wine beverages here. Eltville is also home to many administrative and group-wide central functions.

The headquarters of Rotkäppchen Sektkellerei and the heart of the Rotkäppchen-Mumm Group. This is where our Rotkäppchen Lovebrand is produced. Visitors can experience the Germans' favorite sparkling wine brand with all their senses in the Rotkäppchen Experience World. The cultural program "Rotkäppchen Sektival" inspires with concerts, cabaret performances and other highlights for culture lovers.

Basking on the banks of Lake Constance, Salem Castle is the traditional ancestral seat and winery of the Markgrafen von Baden family. It is also home to the joint venture between Rotkäppchen-Mumm and The House of Baden under the name Markgräflich Badisches Weinhaus. With the Elfhundertzwölf wine collection, the joint venture has created truly unique burgundy wines that combine centuries of tradition with modern, regional viticulture.

Since its founding in 1950, the prosecco producer Ruggeri in the northern Italian Veneto region has been popular with discerning Prosecco connoisseurs. Our team on-site turns the famous and precious grapes from the Cartizze area into unique wines and then refines them to create Prosecco. Ruggeri is now one of the most well-known Prosecco manufacturers in Italy.

From the capital city of Vienna, we have been bringing our exquisite luxury brands to the Austrian market with Eggers & Franke since 2019. The location also builds an important geographical bridge on our sales map between Germany and Italy.
