Acquisition successfully completed – the existing management team represents tried-and-tested continuity at Eggers & Franke
‘I’m delighted that this experienced, established and consolidated management team will continue to actively shape the successful development of the Eggers & Franke Group,’ states Christof Queisser, CEO - chairman of the Executive Board at Rotkäppchen-Mumm.
The Executive Board and operational management of the individual subsidiaries are composed as follows:
• Eggers & Franke GmbH: Markus Hotze, Ralf Zinke
• Reidemeister & Ulrichs GmbH: Mirko Ranz
• Joh. Eggers Sohn GmbH: Susanne Scheichl
• Ludwig von Kapff / Ruyter & Ast GmbH: Lars Kaniok, Carsten Haase
The Executive Board of the parent company Eggers & Franke Holding is made up of Torsten Helbig, Carsten Haase and Frank Albers. The members of the Eggers & Franke management team Markus Hotze, Ralf Zinke, Mirko Ranz and Susanne Scheichl are now moving to Eggers & Franke Holding as authorised signatories. The team will be accompanied strategically by Christoph Meier and Christof Queisser.
